About Me

Meet Alex – Your Local Real Estate Problem Solver

My name is Sibera Alexander Brannon, an aspiring real estate investor focused on helping Arizona homeowners sell their properties quickly and easily. A 2025 ASU W.P. Carey School of Business Alum, I started this journey to build a future for my family and provide win-win solutions for sellers in challenging situations. I’m always looking to build connections, whether that be with other buyers, sellers, or realtors. Whether it's foreclosure, probate, a property in need of repairs, or a property sitting on the market, I’m here to help.

I am also a huge sports fan. From 2024-25, I had a transformative internship with the Phoenix suns/mercury, where I assisted their HR team and built out initiatives to spread and live out organizational values. Born and raised in Detroit, I am also a huge Detroit Sports fan and University of Michigan sports fan, but it will always be Forks Up! Music production and audio recording is also a huge interest of mine, as my goal is to have 10 credits by age 30.
